Beginning in May Salt Creek Sanitary District will be making changes that will affect when you receive your bill and when your bill will be due.     CUSTOMERS WILL STILL BE BILLED QUARTERLY!

We will also be changing the format of our bills. Our new bills will be delivered in an envelope on 8.5" x 11" paper. You will no longer be receiving postcards.  Your bill will show additional line items. These are not new charges! The line items show the breakdown of where the customers payment will be allocated. "DS" stands for debt service. The district currently is in the repayment phase for three (3) low interest loans administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for capital improvement projects.  

WHAT WILL NOT BE CHANGING

Your account number will stay the same

You will still be billed quarterly 

Penalty bills and water shut-off procedures will remain the same

Payments can still be made at the same locations you have used in the past

WHAT WILL CHANGE

Bills will be mailed on or about the 10th day of each month. See Schedule Below for months your account will be billed

Bills will be due on the 28th day of each month. See Schedule Below for months your account will be billed

Automatic payments set up through Payment Service Network will need to be adjusted
